Today I solved a major problem I've been having with the Arduino and temperature sensors. When I first set everything up it was working great... no issues. I'm going to harvest the fish, clean the tanks and the grow beds, and get them ready for the winter growing season this weekend. Not to sure about what is going on with my setup.  One fish died overnight and two more are on the way out.  pH is at 7.0 today but was at 9.0 last night.  Ammonia is still at 1.0 and still no sign of nitrites or nitrites.  Water temp hi is 74 low is 71.4.

My fish tanks are housed in a 9'X17' insulated room of my barn. I have 5=275 gallon IBC's. They all have SLO that goes to a combined 2" outlet. One of the IBC's can be converted to a sump (incase the drain line to the greenhouse freezes).

The basement trout farm in 150 gallon stock tanks has been going for 17 weeks now and some of the fish are finally ready to harvest. I've had mixed success with this project, but I've learned a whole lot in the process. First thing, before you bring trout home, you need to have a secure cover ready to go.
