Hai, Good Afternoon from Malaysia. Basically i did some research recently. In Malaysia, the farmers did try a hydroponic ten years ago .

This could be the best way to say money on Organic food and have it all year round with very little labor involved once you have set up your system. We all like saving eating great organic food and 25 square feet of space will feed one person. Use no soil and have a beautiful indoor garden or outdoor if you choose.

Sometimes I feel like I am staring at a blank canvas. Well, mostly blank but easily corrected. I have a wide range of skills, growing up in a family of do-it-yourselfers and engineers will do that. I can pour concrete, weld, currently working as a plumber, frame, and just about build anything. I would like to set up an aquaponic garden for not just myself, but my father as well. Hi, I live in Brazil and have lived in the USA many years. I just found out about aquaponics and it has a great deal of promise here - we do not need to heat our homes here in the winter due to proximity to the equator, there is no shortage of sun, water and warm weather. Also fish farming is well established here with the main problem being what to do with the waste water. I want to learn about aquaponics on a small scale, then progress to commercial scale. I will have to source all…

The story below states how the Fukushima Daiichi power generating station experienced a 6.0 magnitude earthquake today. Apparently, we're supposed to trust the company, TEPCO, who has lied to us at every turn about the severity of the disaster, to tell us that there were no further complications from today's seismic events. Every day that goes by where I don't have an aquaponics set up alive and well I feel more and more vulnerable to this man-made disaster. It is quite serious, and…

The reports of my death have been really overblown. I have to admit, it was close. Am home from the extended stay in the hospital after the surgeries. Again the doctor's comment is that I am just too mean to die. So, any way, was surfing trying to catch up and saw this on the collection of Black Soldier Flies. To me it is amazing that others are just finding some of the things we have known for a long time.…
