that is what I did, 2 235 watt panels .each panel has 12g wire to a circuit breaker box inside my battery bank house. from the breaker box I have 10g wire to my controller and 6g wire to my battery bank .. currently, I have my battery bank set for 24vdc (pv panels are 30.2vdc and 7.7a) into an inverter. 2 weeks ago I gave a presentaion on my system to a meetup. It works great.
my aeriator is marine. my water pumps are SHURflo RV automatic Demand pumps 2088-422-444.. I am not sure what auto demand is, but I will findout this weekend.
Now I am researching which pump to use? any pointers?

No William, I don't. Three 195 watt panels to charge controller to two AGM 12 volts. I have an inverter, which I haven't used lately and will likely not use again, except in case of power outage. My pump to beds runs from grid with 12V pump spraying for additional aeration. I've gone through a couple of 12V bilge pumps lately and will probably try SHURFlo next, which come with a three year warranty. I'm thinking about going entirely 12V at some point, depending on pump dependability. My panels are on the roof of my back porch and the electronics are on the porch, with wiring from there to my system, some 20 feet or so. I don't know that I would go with solar if I had it to do again. I did it initially for backup but backup can be accomplished with a couple of good batteries and either a really good inverter (to use a vehicle for charging) or generator to charge them with, should the power go out long term. I was a little leery of hurricanes outages when I did the solar install. On the other hand, if you have the money on hand, it's nice to have solar. I'd like to take my system completely off grid but I don't see it happening unless the 12V works out. Solar can be a tough go if you get a few cloudy days in a row.

Do you have any diagrams or pictures because the system that im slowly piecing together, I would like to power with solar panels.
I have two aquaponic flood and drain systems operating on solar power.
1. is set for deep rooted plants.. chia, moringa, oleander, and other trees
2. is set for short rooted plants.. amaranth, 32 mejoul date palms, and shade trees
currently, I use a 24vdc inverter, but I have purchsed two 12vdc marine pumps and two 12vdc marine aerators. I will set them up this weekend, then I can inform anyone who is interested
William, I do but my panels charge 12V batteries, which power the aerator.
