Commercial Aquaponics Business Plan

I'm trying to write a business plan for a commercial aquaponics "farm", but writing such a document is not really within my skill set, and I'm having trouble finding a good template to start from. Does anybody have such a business plan or template? Don't worry, I'm in Texas, so I won't be competition for you if you're elsewhere. :-)

If you don't already have a system, I'd also recommend starting off with a small scale home system to get the hang of things. There are plenty of mistakes to be made in an aquaponics system and it's best to make them in an environment where it won't cost you a fortune. There's already enough of a learning curve going from small system to commercial size. No experience to commercial is a leap that's bound to be pretty costly, in my opinion.

It looks like several people have wrote there business plans. I have been looking for the perfect piece of property and found it. It has a major hwy frontage and it's about 6 acres big. Right now it's all timber but a local logging company will log enough to get a building up and not clean the whole place. They money from that will help me allot. So I'm asking for some help too. Usda has some grants I found out but time is short. [e-mail]

Friendly aquaponics is a good bet. You may want to attend a training from them that includes examples of biz plans. Very comprehensive imo. They have training in tx
