Swimming ponds turns greener with Carey’s Smart Garden Water Works Division

Nature has set the rules and as a steward of her lands, I abide. Thus it is, in these times, I feel the necessity to change the way we think and live. Gone are the days of wanton spending. Gone are the days of gilt free bliss as oil extracts the real cost.

Imagine if white men did not conquer the Americas but learned to live in harmony. What wondrous sciences we would have achieved with that kind of knowledge combination; with wisdom, a sense of spiritually and respect, guiding methods of science. How our lives would change?

This is what I call Balanced Harmonic Bioengineering or Balanced Harmonic Biodesign. It is basically a similar concept to permaculture or bioscaping, just my expanded version. The ideaof permaculture is to: "Consciously designed landscapes which mimic the patterns and relationships found in local natural environments while yielding an abundance of food, fiber and energy for provision of local needs", -David Holmgren

(In a socially, economically and ecologically, sustainable balance ~ Carey Ma).

In my opinion, all natural hybrid swimming/ fish ponds are exactly the type of technology they would have devised. Water clean and clear enough to drink, any time of year yet potent enough to supply a family and more with fresh wholesome food. A must in any survivalist’s lineup!

This is just an example. Not one of mine.

The beauty of incorporating the traditional swimming pond with Carey’s Smart Garden is that it becomes part of an elaborate, well thought out, simple to use, all natural, sustainable food production system.

The nice thing about converting traditional in ground swimming pools, is it’s size and shapes. Unlike natural lakes, they are designed and engineered. That means a controllable environment large enough to support a multitude of dynamic life, translating into great buffering ability. Now take away the pumps and chemicals of traditional swimming pools and replace it with passive filtering using nature’s own agents to do all the work. Ok great! Now we have a good clean source of drinking water and a place to cool off in the summer but what about that food mentioned earlier?

Water is the essence of life (at least on this planet), so the more water you have, the more life you can support. So if one has a (in relative terms) small 50-500gal home Aquaponics (AP) system and grows enough to have a free salad for lunch every day and a fish once a week/ month. Imagine how much you can grow with a swimming pool? By understanding and artificially bridging/ quarantining certain bio systems. We can bring nature to our side and produce an abundant amount of clean wholesome food, water and peace of mind, a true mini sanctuary.

It can also be used for rainwater catchment/ storage, gray water filtering and recycling, a firebreak, for evaporative cooling, garden & orchard watering, and most importantly a sanctuary of peace and tranquility, that blends with nature. Creating my own sacred space at home means no more long trips. Why go anywhere else when you have your own lil piece of heaven on earth?

Scandinavia and Germany have been building natural swimming pools for about 15 years now. Hasnt caught on to the U.S yet. A great concept for sure.

Namaste Sahib,

Opportunities to find deeper powers within ourselves, come when life seems most challenging.

Haha, I think you meant time-line but yes I bet we have and glad to meet you here too. I think it takes children of our generation that have lived the "green revolution" to appreciate the follies of dino oil and factory farming, for we were the last generation to know the difference between wholesome and conjured foods. I think that is why so many of us are attracted to AP. And thank goodness for Rod Sterling giving us dreams of utopia.

In a way its kind of funny. All these years I've been swimming upstream (counter culture) until recently. Now there is approval and applaud, and to be honest, kind of over whelming. Being relieved of all social responsibility allowed me to follow my destiny. I just do what I was made to do and hope it makes some small difference. In a way, it is I, that envy you, with income, stability, planned future and access to so many wonderful thing civilization has to offer. So let us leave it at that and work in cooperation for the sake of good.

May your god guide and comfort you.

Cheers

PS if you really want to help me, you can send me your left-overs/ surplus. Anything and everything will find a good use. Books, magazines, e-books, video clips, tools, parts, seeds (esp.wild or heirloom), animals, children........heck I'll even make good use of any adult that you want to volunteer (was going to say wife but that would be rude), hehe.

Carey Sir, have me met on a previous time zone? If not, there must be some form of telepathy. I am amazed at your thought process and applications. I must say, I am rather envious of you at this stage as you already have begun that journey again to educate and reintroduce a balanced way of life and create a sustainable environment. Our personal circumstance at this stage are different so I cannot step into that role just yet. So glad to know that there are souls like you around.

God bless,
