References for Aquaponics Beginners

Almost two years ago, my soon-to-retire daughter asked me to research aquaponics.

In August 2013, I delivered "References for Aquaponics for Beginners," a nine page document. I send FREE monthly up-dates to anyone and the September 2014 up-date was over 140 pages.



A couple college professors described "References..." as a "treasure."

During 2013, I researched Aquaponics for my soon-to-retire daughter and delivered a nine page report. I continued to be interested, and the Reference.... exceeds 108 pages.

Beginner Reference Summary

Bell Siphone problem

Bell Siphon – Stand pipe top needs to be level. A ton of water and media can distort wooden, metal, and plastic grow beds with Bell Siphon looking like the Tower of Pizza. Ooops. Put proper support under grpw bed and support with auto jack for fine tuning.

Murray Hallam is ripping out his large commercial PVC tube system in Australia due to temperature problems with water overheating in pipes. He is converting several large greehouses to grow beds, an expensive change. Congratulation…
