Are you documenting your research? I know much of the information about aquaponic gardening can be found after an extensive online search of the open sources about aquaponics. Some of the information out there is however incorrect. This forum is a great resource for many to weed through the information and to see what other people are doing.
Sylvia's book on this subject is a great way to have all the current information out there in one place and saves loads of time in trying to…

Hello all,
I'm relieved to find an online community to bounce some ideas off of. I have been thinking about aquaponics since I discovered it a year ago on a PBS special. Thank you so very much for your interest and support. Ebenezer Howard and Bill Mollison are definitely in my heroes list as are the rest of the pioneers in sustainable and or intensive agriculture/living.
I post this not to brag but hopefully to let other permaculturalist here, advise me on what I might be lacking. I know sometimes when one is too close, one simply overlooks some very basic and important stuff.
Using what I have, I zoned this the best I could for a rough draft, according to the principles of permaculture. Of course it would be more ideal if I could start with raw land but this is the opportunity I have to work with so, can only do the best I can.
Thank you again for your support.
Cheers
