Thanks for the leads, Tom. I have many thousands of Sac Perch fry, and the first batch of fingerlings is almost ready to distribute. They are about an inch long, and growing well.

Speaking of Max Meyers, I had the pleasure of helping him teach his 4 day AP class last week in Ukiah, and Max is going to help me teach my 5 day Complete Aquaponics class next week at my new commercial Greenhouse in Watsonville, CA. We will. Over everything AP, plus: GH design, geothermal, solar, wood gasification, BSFL, worms, compost, microbial brews, chickens, rabbits, homemade feed, bio-char, rocket stoves, CO2 boosting, IPM, commercial AP, and more.

Contact Jon Parr at www.fishnetaquaponics.com or Max Mayer at Norcalaquaponics.com. They may have Sacramento Perch.

I am new and exploring possible resources in Sacramento area.  I would like to start with perch.  Do you recommend any local aquarium stores?  Or anywhere else?  Mel Macomber.

It was an educational. inspiring, and well spent day touring several systems. Thank you to the coordinators and participants it was very enjoyable. Hopefully my system will be on the tour next year. Oh and thank you Janet for letting me ride shotgun. :>

Took a two day class with Max Meyers of Norcal AQuaponics last week end. I wondered if others might be interested in him teaching a 2 or a 4 day training in The Sacramento area. Anyone interested?

I'm not sure if you are looking for new IBCs or used, but when I was looking for used ones I saw some on craigslist for anywhere from $70-$150 depending on size and time of year. I just typed in IBC in the search bar. Good luck!
