Slow plant growth

- growing for a few years now, I am an urban farmer per say and love growing aquaponically. Currently I have a grow setup to include a sump, 250 gallon fish tub, 2 barrel flood and drain grow beds, and a 6 foot raft system.
I also have a 10 bed raised bed garden for normal dirt growing.
