Dave, have you changed the water? since I don't have enough plants yet I find that I  need to change water at least once a week. I do a 10% to 25% water change each time. and BTW my worms died. I think it got too cold and I didn't have enough soil to keep them warm.

anyone has their set up outside. I was thinking abt over flooding since it has been raining lately. I thought about drilling a hole in my tank fish so that if the beds get too much rain water the water will circulate to the tank and drain thru the overflow hole. Or should I drill overflow holes in each bed?

David it is in the water. test your water.. at least temp and ammonia.

partial changes when it is drifting high in ammonia

David! Even with the new filter?? Ha! Tilapia are durable fish, but not immortal. Do you know why they died?  I was thinking about bringing some for show and tell tonight. We'll see what we can do.

Sara is the controlling partner at Premium. in her original message to you she said she would give a discount to 10 or more bags of #50 .. I would buy 10 bags if the price is competitive and I can mix the type of food. I use 3 types of their food. originally she told me food will last 1 year if kept cool and dry
