Does anybody know of someone using something edible other than talapia, catfish, or trout?  We live in NW Florida, and we can't have talapia (I am very disappointed). My husband doesn't want to raise trout, and I am not fond of catfish.

Thanks for your help.

hi guys,

I know of a great resource in Ft. Myers for worms, castings, seeds, etc. Here is the link to her website. I have been to her place, and she helped me set up my worm bins. It's a great project for the kids! Great lady too, Rachel.

Don't eat all the habeneros in one sitting.

Today's Harvest...

40 mustard habeneros, a few banana peppers and about a pound of fresh basil.

If you have any concern about what the worms may have been in or what they have been eating, you might want to order thru Ms. Converse, a member of this community.  If you search worm topics, you will find quite a bit that she has written on the subject.
