Good news!  It's already in the works.  Cosmo is working on something that will be available for sale, with part of the proceeds going to the Association ;-).

Yes, I can't afford to attend these conferences.  Heck I live in Florida and have family and friends in Orlando and in Brooksville.  I would love to have seen a cost for attendance that didn't include room and board. 

Otherwise, offering a CD set is a good idea.
