The Industrial Agricultural Model should be Renamed: Agricultural Liquidation!

An outstanding short presentation illuminates the insanity of our current agricultural model... and a place where it's done differently.

Dan Barber, a well known chef, was presenting his talk on TED (Technology, Education, & Design), in response to a problem chef's are having to confront, "How to keep fish on the menu!". With the oceans now depleted of 90% (yes, 90%) of the fish we used to harvest from them, finding something to serve is no longer a future problem.

He serves this topic up with a good deal of wit, so if you do watch it, make sure it's where no will look at you oddly if your ROFL (rolling on floor laughing). Thanks to Jerry Miller for the link!!!

Wasn't it a wonderful talk... I just loved every part of it. And everyone I've showed it to has ROFL and appreciated the messages he shared.
