Hi.
What is the best way of cooling down the water coming out of the fish tank ( tilapia ) before it's reach the plants ?

Geothermal is my first choice too. Another option commercial applications use is ice blocks in, in-ground, insulated container.

If you cool the water down going to the plants, are you going to heat it back up again for the fish?

I probably wouldn't worry about cooling the water down for the plants unless you are planning a commercial operation. My plants do fine with my 80-90 F water thought the summers (can't grow cool season crops here in summer anyway so I grow what likes the season and warm water and it's fine), my system is outdoors and I have quit bothering to worry about water temperatures since I quit growing tilapia.
