At this moment we are writing on our business case for an indoor (old
factory buildings) Urban Aquaponics company as a part of an Urban
Agriculture Foundation. In a short time we want to set u an test case
to get some hands-on experience .
Unless I have a lot of knowledge about farming (Biodynamic soil
based) the Hydroponics and fish is rather new to me. To close these gap

Would you hire an American or are you looking for someone who speaks Dutch?
Yes, I remember discussing the trials of getting urban farms started in Rotterdam when you last visited the U.S. The difficulties around using artificial lights must represent a major hurdle in and of itself.
What you are doing is commendable, I wish you the best as you make progress, and look forward to seeing what you can accomplish. I know that your heart and mind are focused on your efforts.
