Yes that is where I got mine.

The 1 3/8" rails have the same outside size as the 1" pvc pipe.

Check my photos to see my system.

Mine are mounted over 2x4s.  Wrapped around a piece of trim wood first, then nailed into the 2x4.  Your rather elegant method with the pvc clamps and steel pipes would be even stronger.  And once the bulk of the trough is sitting on the ground, you really don't have much force tugging on the sides...not like my setup anyway.  :)

I was probably thinking more along the lines of the structure/rail supporting the liner and issues with liner stretching/pulling around plumbing fittings.

I have 2 6ft hammock beds hanging out over the edge of the railing on my balcony.  One is flood/drain with hydroton, the other is a wicking bed full of soil w/ a layer of gravel on the bottom.  The duraskrim, or in my case, used billboard tarp, is extremely strong and resistant to stretching.  They have held up perfectly well for the 9 months that I've had them.  You'd be surprised.  I even have a patch glued over an old drainage hole that is holding strong!

The Hammock approach seems like it will work for shallow water beds but I kinda doubt it would hold up nearly so well full of gravel as well.
