yes sir!    i wanted to cuss, cry... and smoke!     this happen over a year ago, and honestly i would have way too many fish right now if it had not.

i like the looks of Francois's "three pronged" switch. are they available in the US.  -Kobus, they may be what you are looking for.

what a loss

i also had lots problems with float switches...i found the switches not reliable

sometimes doing funny things

Live and learn. I have eliminated the return sump, and chance of this happening again. Now the water can only go back to the tank. I added air pumps as well.
