How flexible are IBM Totes?

Just remove the base from the cage. There is a series of screws that hold the cage onto the base. Use the torx head on these and remove them just as, I assume, you did on the top brace bars. You may have to set the lower cage on some bricks buried in the ground, to insure that the cage doesn't sink into the ground and then install the fish tank back into the cage. The tank just sits on the ground (or floor) and the cage will support the tank and the water, no problem.

Hey guys...another newbie question. I am using a 275 gallon IBC system. RIght now I have the water tank sitting in the metal base/pallet that it came in. I wanted to get the tank down onto the ground so it is not quite so high but when I take out the plastic tank and set it on the ground, it has a significant wobble and does not sit flat. There seems to be a seam in the middle. I thought many people are using just the cage to support the outer edges and nothing along the bottom of the tank. It looks like it can just sit on the ground. Is that correct or do we have to do something? I went through every post I can find but could not find info on this. It is probably so basic nobody else needs to ask, but I am not the brightest bulb around sometimes. Thanks in advance for any help....

Jim no problem. Works just fine for 1 pic at a time but the tip was to do a whole batch of them at once. Sorry I misunderstood what you meant originally. You still can do one at a time on the commandline too though :) Whatever is most comfortable. Since most folks are likely on windows, resizing in mspaint or using the utility I linked to do batches of pictures will be handy as well.

Wow Chris, I cked that out and I can assure you the fast 2 step method I use is sooo much faster (not to mention intimidating ((just read the comments section)) unless you are doing a whole bunch of pics at once. On a Mac these things are so easy and haven't changed in 20 yrs. which is very helpful for old farts like me. You can size the pic right in the folder in preview view, snap a new pic of that and post that screen snap.

@Jim. You may have this trick handy for resizing on a mac (http://lifehacker.com/5962420/batch-resize-images-quickly-in-the-os...)
I also use this on windows 7 (http://www.addictivetips.com/windows-tips/image-resizer-powertoy-cl...) Also for those windows users, [control]+[print screen] is how to screen capture on windows. You can then open the Paint program and go to Edit -> Paste.
@James you did nothing wrong at all. That is quite the fascinating rig you have there as Jim mentioned. What he means is that if you upload it to your profiles photo album on this site, Those photos it will be featured on the main page and you may generate a lot of discussion from folks who are not part of this IBC Aquaponics group. We'd love to learn more about it. Is this just bird netting suspended? The prawns are free to swim among the layers on their own I am assuming? I really dig it.

Phil, do you mean the photos are too big because he can certainly reduce them as I do all the time. Actually every time. Perhaps that is what you meant. Surely if he does that there is no problem. On my Mac I simply get the photo to the size I want right in the folder preview and then take a screen dump pic of it and then post it. Command/shift/4 on a Mac. I use that all the time as the cameras are so many pixels now you have to.

3 - 5 photos? I am confused (again). Please help me understand Phil. Putting up a website is asking quite a bit unless you already have hosting as I do. Could do a free blog on the other hand at Blogspot or Blogger or the like.
