Canadian Commercial Aquaponics System Designers?

Does anyone know of someone in Canada who designs commercial systems along the lines of what they are doing at green acres organics?

They use a combination raft and media bed system.

Thanks for any info.

Jeff McNaughton at the MNR is only for Kempville area.  Otherwise you have to go to your district MNR office.

A link to the standards board doesn't help particularly. Also the link is broken, but I do appreciate your efforts. Thanks. I do not think they have posted the standards yet.

Canadian Organic Aquaculture Standards released today

I read about some folks from an aquaculture institute who had tilapia in a clear above ground tank in Maine. They would innoculate the tank with urine and algae blooms would form.  As far as I know, the talapia would feed off of the algae and the dark color of the algae would also keep the water quite warm through the winter from absorbing the solar heat.  I'm pretty sure they are the same people who made the Ark in Nova Scotia.  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/New_Alchemy_Institute

It was these guys.  They have a book on aquaculture from the 70's.

From what I understand, duckweed, worms and bsf are not a substitute to a properly balanced feed.  They can however be a suppliment.  How hard can it be to find some organic fish feed in North America? It seems that it is.
