Another fish i was permitted to grow is Doré.(not sure the name in English) But they require cooler water again

I just started a barrel system this summer but got pretty discouraged after I found out the only fish i could grow legally was rainbow trout. The trouble is the cool water temp they require. So now, I`ve got my system working with some minows we caught from our pond.

Not sure of the current state of his business.
Hero Invincible Bio Aqua Farm , 21422 4th Ave. in Langley BC does tilapia, I know they were interested in aquaponics but I do not believe they are that far along yet.
I wouldn't want to lead anyone astray, these are just a few who come to mind as possibilities.
I can certainly add more if I think of some or there are any new developments.
