2017 Rookie to Aquaponics

Hello everyone,

So for quite some time I have wanted to get into hydroponics and then discovered aquaponics which is really what I am interested in. I have had the dream of growing all my own herbs and such for cooking and making my salsa I love to make so much. So last night i picked up my first two pieces to get started. I got a 25 gal and a 55 gal fish tank. The 25 gal will be the 1st build just to get started and learn a few things.

Anyways I am excited to be here and I will post updates as I mess up time and time again but eventually I am sure it will work out.

How is it coming ?

FWIW I would add more and bigger tanks. Are you going to drill them or pump between them ?
