Adult Tilapia

This may sound like a strange question but once my Tilapia reach adulthood, do I have to harvest them or can they just continue to be kept as adults?

 

I know an easy answer to this is to just keep ornamental fish but I would like the option to harvest and eat.

You can keep them as long as you like. They just keep growing. I've heard they'll get to over 5 lbs. I still have my original 4 fish. My daughter name them so we can't eat them.
