I discovered about 25 freeborn Tilapia in my IBC breeding tank. They are 2+ inches long now and I want to move them to another tank but am having a heck of a time trying to catch them. Any suggestions how to grab em?

At night while they're sleeping under red light?  Good luck.

use an aquarium viwer like they kind they put fish into at the pet store. buy the biggest one  you can then simply chase them into it with your hand or net and swoop them in. thats teh easyest way i have found. its easyer to scare them into a container that is dark and looks like a good place ot hide than it is to chase them with a net.

You've got to be holdin your mouth just right. Or wait for a full moon. ;)

Steve, could you link to an example?

I herd them into a plumbing pipe that I put on the bottom of the tank; they seem to want to hide there when chased.  Then put a net on both ends and just lift the pipe until they fall in.
