Draft master template

After an espresso fuelled morning, I have a draft master template out for how I'd like to populate discussion topic in the group. Please have a look, feel free to comment - it is just a draft.

1.1.1 Ideal operating conditions

makes me a little edgy. I think we will want to qualify that for things like the idea operating conditions for x type of bacteria and the ideal operating conditions for y type of bacteria etc. Then go on to idea operating conditions for different types of plants and then for different types of fish. There are books or other publications out there that basically said the temperature should be 74 F. and the pH should be 7.2 but that was only ideal conditions for a very specific combination of circumstances. So this heading will either need to be VAST or very Vague.

I think the circulation discussion might best be tied into the different system types seeing as timed pumping is not really appropriate to raft, vertical, or nft anyway and only really a choice in flood and drain media between constant pumping with siphons or some other flood and drain means or timed pumping flood and drain. Heck, my big system is getting constant pumping but the flood and drain beds are getting timed flood and drain in sequence but this is a mixed system.

to pest control, I would add 1.3.3 mechanical.

Great so far...I will try to spend more time this weekend.

Boy! Kobus...all it took you was '"1 cup and about an hour of mindMap"

I guess with all the research work that you have undertaken, this must have been the back bone of the template. It would have taken me at least a day and some to do such a Fab job for the "Draft". Well done :-)

I have done so many presentations to local authorities here over the last 2+ years that it feels as if I have been doing it for a lot longer, plus I think the scientific training helps becuase I think in a "publication" manner when it comes to organising text. I love to have it all floating in my head and then just sit down and write a draft as fast as I can.
