what are food safe resins?

I have done a Google search and keep turning up empty on what to use. All I'm finding is people saying to use food safe fiberglass.

I want to price out the difference between wood and liner and fiberglass.

I'm looking at a minimum of a grand I think for 512 sq ft of grow bed.

So I figure is worth seeing what the alternatives are. I can order through an established fiberglass business and have done fiberglass work before.
