A young man called us today inquiring about Chlorimene and aquaponics.  On how to get the Chlorimene out of his water, he lives in Okahoma city, Ok..  We did not have an answer for him. Is there anyone out there that has found a way to  take the chlorimene out of the water?  Please send me an email as well as posting on our forum so everyone can take advantage of the information.

It's spelled "chloramine" which will result in better searches. 

Chloramine can be removed by breaking down the chemical structure of it usings sodium thiosulfate.  It can be bought at pool supplier stores or offline.  First off get the person to get a chlorine test that tests total chlorine not just free chlorine.  Find out how much PPM (Parts per million) of total chlorine you have in your water and then dose it accordingly.  Thankfully mine only had .20 PPM of total chlorine in it so my dosage was very minimal.
