I never had every growen beans before,,Here is a pic of it n it looks like its being eat'en ? but none of anything ulse im growing looks like this,,i've looked at all of the n don't see any mites,,,n its winter outside,,do not see any bugs of any sort in my room so this does have me puzzled,,,lol

I am not an expert on pest control but in the greenhouse course that I took they made sure to recommend getting some yellow sticky cards and place them around your grow beds. This can help you identify what your up against and address the problem. I have some sitting around just in case I see an issue in my grow bed.

Clip a bad leaf and glass it. Hydro stores sell handy little illuminated 30-60x scopes for $15-20. Easy to identify if it's mites, or whatever. Beans look good for the most part, could have been physical damage when the growth was new. Could be bugs.
