Tilapia or Jade Perch for purchase close to Seattle

Does anyone know if there is an availability of purchase on Tilapia or Jade Perch in Washington state or close to Yakima?  I have a buyer looking for fish to purchase to breed on his own.  He's asked me and I couldn't come up with anything.  Thanks in advance for the help.

Might depend on the laws about non native species in your state.  There are plenty of places that will ship you tilapia if you can show that you can legally have them.  I don't know anything about Jade Perch here in this country though.

I would love to know of any sources in or near Washington State.  I don't want the fish to travel across the country, I am sure it would be much more stressful.  Not just the journey but the climate and everything else concerned.  Thanks.

There are some operators fairly near the Washington / Oregon border. In fact MOST of them will be closer to you than to me...
