David, thanks for the heads up. That's what I've been hearing. I'm glad I designed the thing with an easy to remove backing. Where would I find your heater? I would love to take a look.

Ed just a note on your solar collector. PVC wont handle very hot water and will melt. I made a similar one and it melted the drip tube which is rated to 180 degrees . T;he plastic corregated cover will also melt at high temps. Good luck. You can check out mine . It worked great until I turned it off one day and the whole thing melted and cracked the glass it got so hot.
