Rochelle, parts list??   lol  beer or coke cans, old window, silicone, 1 X 8 lumber, black paint, 3/4 " insulation board,

jig saw to cut the holes,  like Henry Ford once said "there is a better way, find it!"  just use you imagination and build a box for the window, put cans in, seal it up.
