Enjoyed it.  Regarding the flowering broccoli, in my experience that has to do with the season but I'm not sure if it's temperature or lengthening daylight.  Mine is planted now (Oct), is well established and we will harvest probably around the end of the year.

Hello Sahib, didn't realize you were so close! I'm from Winter Park and now we live in Orlando where we just set up our new system. rb

Bill,

The PVC is always flooded and the water level is maintained by a 3/4 pvc standpipe in each 4inch pipe. Take a look at my recent video and you will see the 12-18 inches of roots on the tomato plant. Keep in touch, I enjoy seeing progress of everyone's system....especially fellow North Carolinians.

This is an impressive system.  I'm curious about the rig you have for the tomatoes (4" PVC pipe)..and would love to see how it ends up working for you this summer.  Is this a new system?  In the video, the 4" pipes seemed to be full of water....was that because you were in a "flood" stage, or is that always flooded?  I couldn't see too much of the design from the video....will have to go searching your photos...LOL!!

Thanks for the videos...

Bill
