Today I came home to find 75 % of my 275 gal tote had overflowed .

This is not the fisrt time this has happened- this would be the third time .

Overview of system: I have a flood and drain system 275 gal tote 600 gph pump to beds with about 100 sf of grow space .

Hi Raymond,

The Uniseals are at Aquatic Ecosystems.com, or a well stocked hydro shop.

the heater elements are in the water heater area at home depot.

the ones at Lowes dont screw into the pvc parts very well, so i dont recomend them.

Caution! These elements are made of nickel plated copper and SHOULD NOT BE USED! not good for fish. It took two seasons to wear off the nickel, so you may be ok for one winter with the Home Depot unit.

To be on the safe side and save money, you will need to order a stainless steel one online.

the rest of the formula is the same.

make sure to order and use the $49.00 (the $100.00 one is water proof) thermostat from Pex supply and you will be very pleased with the constant temps.
