Tilapia in Oregon--AAARRRGG.

Ok so here is the scoop in Oregon--There are 3 people Licensed to have Tilapia in the state.  Me being one of them.  The ODFW does not want them here.  The strains that I want I can not import without about 4-6 thousand dollars in fees testing red tape!!!  I am getting this next week a batch of mixed sex 100 blue nile tilapia.  Not the ones I want but I can not sell or gift any live fish under my aggreement to purchase these.  I can sell whole fish at market which was my goal.  The quest for self reliance continues.

I say use local fish. Local fish also help with heating expenses. (insert "aha" emotocon)
