Shelfponics & Lego Robots at UCF Tomorrow - Life is Perfect!!!

Our FLL team, Lego Lightning, did a presentation on shelfponics at the Robopalooza tournament on January 7th, 2012.  The team had a blast building their system, which was based on the shelfponic system at GardenPool.org.  Many thanks to Dennis at GardenPool for allowing us to use their design.  We added wheels and will be adding grow lights to create a mobile design that can be used indoors as well as out.

We will be taking our system to UCF tomorrow to compete in the FLL Regionals...come by and visit us!

Wow! This is really neat!  I must admit, I too am curious about the lego and robotic components of the team's shelfponic system.

What were the functions on the robot? Other than growing fish and plants.
