If you are already producing in commercial quantities or plan on doing so, here is an opportunity for you to participate as a fool supplier in this years Florida Small Farms And Alternative Enterprises Conferences (usually held in July / August). Hello everyone, we are in the planning process to serve direct from the farm foods for the conference. Please find attached a letter inviting you to submit a farmer information form to be considered as one of our food suppliers along with describing our guidelines for selling to the conference. The FARM TO TABLE has been a GREAT success at the conference and we in Extension are proud to work with you the farmer directly and showcase your foods. If you are interested in selling to the conference please go to the conference website and fill out the information sheet and send back no later than February 28, 2011. Also, there will be some meal changes this year we will be serving two breakfasts, one lunch and one evening heavy hors d’eourves. The details are not finalized yet but we may be seeking to serve Florida wines- if you know of any vineyards that have a labeled wine please forward their information.
