If you found us through a search engine, what search words were you using?: aquaponics

Are you an aquaponic gardener already?: No

How old is your system?: Just started

How big is your fish tank?: 35 gallon

Please tell us something else about yourself.: 45 years old and becoming very interested in organic farming. Saw a friends small AP system about 6 mo's ago and thought it was a pretty cool concept. Well, started reading up on the subject online and realized this was the ultimate organic method with the added benefit of fresh fish! My system is home-made and rudimentary at this point but ya gotta start somewhere, right? At this point I am working through water circulation and filtering concepts.

Well I have looked into it a bit and would love to play with any type of alternative power. Unfortunately, I do not have the time, money or education to delve into Alt. power at this time; concentrating my efforts on agricultural experiments and consulting three farms plus working with a feed manufacture to develop sustainably produced fish feed is about more than I can handle.
