I live on a small ranch in New Mexico. Raise goats and mules. My first fish in the system I am building will be the goldfish which now live in my horse trough.

Hi Sheryl,
Just seeing your message from several months ago. I certainly do want to exchange ideas and plans. I have an acre of land with water rights along the Rio Grande here in Corrales. I'm in process of designing a 1500 sqr ft year round greenhouse for aquaponics use. The hope is to start building during the winter. Will you be at the conference this week? I'll see you there if you are. Otherwise, keep in touch with your plans! Talk to you soon, Scott
Here is the plan for Saturday evening (I just posted this in the event group as well). We will meet at my house in North Boulder at 4:30 for a green house tour and a little vino. I will then set up reservations at a Boulder restaurant for us to have dinner together at 6:00. Please send me a message if you think you can make it and I will send you instructions on how to get to my house. Hope to see you there!

Sheryl,
I tried to send you this via the email address you sent me, but it got kicked back to me.
Part of my survey includes taking pictures. I have a packet that I can send you that includes a disposable camera if you don't have your own or don't want to have to do it all electronically. If you would prefer to do it electronically let me know!
Thank you again for your interest and for volunteering!

Goldfish in your horse trough? Would sure be fun to post a photo...
Thanks for joining the Aquaponic Gardening community! I hope you find it a fun place to explore aquaponics. There is a real blend of experienced and new aquapons in this community, so please don’t hesitate to get in there and start asking questions. A great place to start is by checking out the forums. Everyone is quite happy to help out new members – no question is too basic.
We have just a few simple rules: stay on the subject of aquaponics and keep it cordial (no flaming!). If someone decides to break these rules they will get a warning, and then be banned from the community after that. But of course I’m hoping that never happens!
Thanks again for joining us, and I look forward to getting to know you.

Do you think you might join us tonight? Just need a final count for the restaurant. I hope you can!

Would you be willing to fill out a small survey packet? The whole process takes about 3 days, but it is something that you can have fun with.
I'll post answers to your question on the vertical hydroponics discussion
