My enterprise, Appleseed Ventures, expands the nutritional options of teens and young adults with autoimmune disorders -- autism, ADHD, obesity, celiac disease gluten intolerance, and other food sensitivities. The vertical garden gives ASD kids employment and provides parents and caregivers an opportunity to become personally acquainted with plants that provide some of the nutrients ASD kids need.
