The banana is doing well...these pics are about 6 weeks old, didn't have "up to date" when I joined the site.  There is a "baby" now off to the side of it.

When I bought this banana tree I was told not to keep the roots wet.  I put it in my Koi pond stream anyhow, and here it is coming back after Winter's cold.   I think your tree will thrive!
