Actually we run the hole saw in reverse, its a lot less messy that way. I'll try to find some phots however.

I'm curious about how you are making all those holes.  I would be tempted to have it done with a water jet cutter on a CNC.  If you are using a hole saw I think it would be fun if you took a picture of the mess you must be making.
