Full disclaimer here. This fish was bought in a store in the frozen goods section. It probably was cargo on a ship from Thialand. Who knows - The thing is I never ate Tilapia before and I wanted to try some different recipes. All the other vegitables and greens came striaght from the garden. Bon Appetite
