Luffa
Luffa grown in 9 inches of soil in my raised bed - This one is over two feet long. I dont particularly like the taste of Luffa - I did fry one up battered and it made it more palitable. I think I'll try to dry this one out and see what the inside looks like.

My mum is Burmese and she would make these vegetable fritters for us. Maybe give it a try ? She just used flour - not all the other different other flours.
