I love my ruby swiss chard!  I use it raw in salad or wrapped around my fish and baked in the oven!

thanks Ricky. It is truly forgiving in nature and great fried up with a little bacon and eaten as a side green or rolled in flour tortillas with some eggs . Yum.

I love chard, and that is a GORGEOUS looking plant!...might have to try that next year in my tower
