Well 4 of us had half of it but we had lots of leftovers.  Then the other half was taken up to Michigan to feed the other half of the family at a fish fry.

I tell ya parts of that fish were like 2" thick steaks.  Still tender and good tasting.  It was probably a 3 year old fish and I had that fish in the tank for 2 years.

Yea that is a catfish carcass after it has been skinned and the head/guts removed.
