Thanks David, I agree. They do a pretty good job. I don't actually plant, grow or farm here. All I do here at our sister farm is act as CTO to help guide them to be more sustainable in cooperation with Peoples University, school of Agriculture. I help them devise experiments to show their professors how farming can be more sustainable so they can teach it to their students. There are three fellow professors and a dozen to two dozen interns, plus a steady staff of another dozen local farmers spread between 300 mu or fifty acres. Quite a lot of land for organic garden, but then again we feed one hundred orphans, fifty staff and over four hundred CSA families.
