Those are red variant Niles.  Different breeders get a bit creative with the name, but they're all red variant Nile tilapia.

Hey Sylvia I see you have the spotted tilapia also.  My second batch I bought are this color.  My fish like this eat like pigs and will eat anything.  Do you know what species they are?
