660 gal tank wow thats big! 9' tank?

How many koi are you keeping in there, and do they output as much ammonia as a tank stocked with tillapia fed the same amount.

No - this is a second research system I have that I do not talk about much because it is in use as a modified aquaculture filtration system at the moment.  If all goes well, I will start telling people about what we are trying to achieve here.  It is a 2500 liter circular tank currently holding koi

Is this your 1000L FT? Are those karp, koi, GF, or something else?
You mentioned tilapia in your profile but I don't see any in this picture :)
