I was just kidding.  My grandmother would judge me.  She raised me on a farm in Arkansas and my grandparents built their house with their own hands.  I'm far behind!!  However, I'm sure I could impress her with what I have now. She'd be proud.

We definitely would like to sign up!  Could we both RSVP and attend?  Those dates would work out fine!  We would be Jacob and Jennifer Shocklie.

Here is the info. And no I was not judging your ability to grow ;-). You should see where I started from....we no, you shouldn't ;-). Well anyway, here is the basic info for the class:

  • You are invited to a special two part class where we will build a system for a school district. Part one where we will review the why, who, what, when, where and how of the project, will take place May 9th, 2012, 5:00 pm at the Home Grown Hydroponics Store in Tempe.

Part two will take place at 5:00 pm on May 16th, at the construction site. The location will be announced at the meeting. Only those who attend Part 1 can attend Part 2.

RSVP Quick. Seating is limited to 20 and I think this will be a popular class.

    Cost: Free

If anyone has simple suggestions to things I need to do enhance this simple system, let me know.  Does my water look too shallow?  I do increase the levels as they get bigger.

So you saw my scrawny plants and figured I needed a class, huh?  WELL YOU'RE RIGHT!  lol....my fiance and I actually saw a discussion on these classes when we were in the AZ forum, but we didn't see a May date.  However, the link isn't showing me your event when I click on it.  We would definitely benefit from meeting some local growers and learning some things face to face and we are interested in attending a course this summer.

Is there another way for me to view this link?  would you be able to send me an evite on fb?  I am going to recheck the forums and see if there's other links I could try.

Greetings. I offer a monthly free class on aquaponics. If you are on facebook here is the invitation link for the May 9th class. Note, it is in Tempe so it may be a bit of a drive but it is worth it.

I've also provided a photo of my daughter holding a little of last season's lettuce crop.

Look forward to hearing from you.
