David your koi are not to shabby either.  I almost stole a picture of yours for a presentation to show people there is something out there besides tilipia.

The fish was grown on the farm before I got here, and I have no artist ability, so no I did not do the mount.  I have however have grown fish here at this point to this size, but the customers do not like it when I pull them out and molest them before I sell them.  This week I'll be selling our 5lb+ golden trout.  I will try and take a picture before they go.
