Your Greatest Success

I was just wondering, what has been your greatest achievement/success so far in aquaponics?

Since I just got my system started after a few years of researching, I'd say my greatest success was finally just doing it. Jumping in - so to speak. I've already learned so much by watching this little system. The second success is in documenting it so others can learn from what I'm doing, like I learned from all you and the rest of the online community. I know that's not like getting whopping harvests of veg or fish, but those two things are a real success to me!

I cant say this is my greatest achievement but its close to the top, I finally figured how to grow duckweed. In the beginning people said it grows fast, I don't know where those people lived but I haven't seen that happen yet.

I agree with Liz, I to have documented my aquaponic journey from the beginning. Keeping a daily journal is a valuable thing to own.

Greatest success is getting my first IBC to cycle.
Fish are growing super fast and very plant has fresh new growth

just getting started :D seriously, i've been researching this for years so just going out and buying my first few things and getting something (anything) going was huge. It was also really cool to see our first plants start growing 3 days after we planted them even tho we don't have fish in there yet
